8 Foods That Detox Your Body

We’ve all heard that you are what you eat. That may be truer than you think. When you take quality supplements and eat healthy foods, it can impact your health in incredible ways. One thing you may not have thought much about is detoxification.

Modern diets don’t do a lot to help this natural process. Many meals today are made up of processed carbohydrates and sugars. Your body needs to detox to cleanse itself of waste.
