For this reason, we do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final and non-refundable. This ensures you get the freshest supplements possible. 

Other supplement companies may accept returns and resell products to you without you even knowing it.  Our return policy ensures product integrity and ensures your safety.

NuVision Health Center is very transparent about the products we carry in our store. All ingredients are listed on each product for your review. Furthermore, we do site the research available for our products. We urge you to properly research your products and consult with your primary healthcare practitioner prior to purchase. If you are an active client and are seeking advise supplementation, please call in for further assistance.

Auto-Ship Orders (Subscribe and Save)

All products on store.nuvisionhealthcenter.com default to a one-time purchase. Customers must manually select a "Subscribe and Save" frequency in order to sign up for auto-shipments of a certain product.  It is the customer's responsibility to cancel their auto-ship prior to the scheduled ship date if they no longer wish to receive a product.  Auto-ship orders must be canceled 2 business days prior to the scheduled ship date. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@nuvisionhealthcenter.com and we will work with you to process an exchange.  This request must be received within 7 days of delivery.  No exchange will be processed outside of the 7 day time frame.
