Each Vita-ID Vitamin Packet begins with a health assessment. Our assessment was created by a team of holistic doctors and nutritionists based on decades of experience and the latest scientific research. A nutritionist will get in contact with you 24-48 hours after completing the assessment with details regarding your personalized vitamin pack and any further information you need.
For a *one time fee of $19.97, a nutritionist will review your health assessment survey and formulate your personalized Vita-ID. After you've completed your health assessment, be sure to click here to have the assessment analyzed.
*$19.97 initial assessment fee is charged one time when initially starting the program. The $19.97 fee is not charged again if the program is consistently being used. This includes the nutritionist adjusting your vitamins to further dial in your nutrition each month. A new $19.97 fee will be charged if you decide to take a break of 3 months or more of the program.
Your health is top priority for us. The Vita-ID service does not come with a consultation; however, we can still help. Our one-on-one consulting service is called Nutricore. You can find out more about that service here.

In the questionnaire, you can let your nutritionist know what your budget is for your personalized vitamins. Vita-ID kits can range from $3 per day to $8 per day, depending on your health needs and your budget. With your budget in mind, we will customize your Vita-ID based on your questionnaire.
