Exercise is a requirement!

Exercise is a requirement for good health. Your genetics require exercise to thrive.

I figure that if I’m going to put the time aside to exercise, I might as well make it worth it.

When you are exercising, put your phone down and focus on the task at hand. Be where your feet are. Whatever body you want, you will have.

If you look in the mirror and don’t like what you see. It’s because you value many other things more than being in shape.

Get yourself in the gym, work hard, it will change your life.
