After implementing the strategies that Dr. Zyrowski teaches in the book, I was able to finally fall asleep and sleep through the night.  I never realized that things I was doing every day were the reason I coudn't shut down at night. Now I can wake up ready to go, instead of needing my 2-3 cups of coffee. I feel good and have more energy in my 40s than I did in my 20s!

This is an easy how-to guide to better sleep. I was able to make actionable steps immediately and have already noticed a difference. I didn't realize sleep was such a big issue for me until I started getting restful sleep.

I love this information. As someone who has never been able to sleep well, this is a lifesaver. I implemented a couple of these easy to use tips and already find myself getting into a deeper state of sleep. Essentially making me wake up energized. Im going to keep hacking away with this information, but thus far is awesome.

So happy I was able to read this before the birth of our first child. I have difficulty getting a restful sleep so having the tools from this book will help me figure out what I need to do to ensure getting the sleep I need.

With so much information out there it can be hard to know what will actually help;  this book gives clear and concise tips for getting the healthy sleep we're all searching for.
