Frequently Asked Questions

I have a question about electrolyte +? Can you drink it during a fast or does it break your fast? Thank you.

--Thank you for your question. Many people find they can drink this electrolyte powder during their fasting hours. With only 15 calories, they find they still get great results and do not have it impact their fast.

How these electrolytes taste like? Are they super sweet? I bought two electrolyte powders from different brands but i couldn't drink them as it was super sweet! Are there any unsweetened electrolyte powder ?

--Thanks for your question. This electrolyte powder is not super sweet. It's a refreshing blue-raspberry flavor that's lightly sweetened with stevia leaf extract.
