What a dandy little cookbook!  I have many in my colllection, but this one stands out; firstly, healthy recipes!  Secondly, easy to make.  Book is extremely easy to navigate too!!  Had fun with my granddaughter whipping up some treats.  Great!

am enjoying Ashleigh's cookbook. I was nervous that it would be too hard to follow and that it would require "crazy" ingredients, but that
has not been the case. I do not eat meat, and I have still been able to enjoy about ten recipes from the cookbook SO FAR;   I'm sure there will
be more. I will still try the meat recipes for my family. The butternut squash/sweet potato fries are excellent, and the waffles are a staple. I am happy that the number of recipes are more limited; too many really overwhelm me.

I purchased a second book for a friend.

This is the best cookbook/ diet guide I have ever purchased. The recipes are all delicious and most importantly they actually work, unlike the avg healthy eating cookbook.
