I love this cookbook. Not only does it provide easy to follow instructions and tips with recommended brands, each recipe has a photo to accompany it. I believe most people select food based on visual appearance.  This is a great recipe aid.

Having a cookbook dedicated to health from the doctor who actually eats these recipes is refreshing.

Prior to ordering this book I was suffering from feeling bloated, stomach pain and indigestion.  I have enjoyed the meals that i have cooked from this book. The shopping guide that is in the book makes my shopping day so much easier, by following this I eliminated much unneeded food from my pantry and improved my feeling of well being.
