Shipping and Deliveries

USPS:

The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is experiencing extremely high volumes and intermittent delays.  Sadly, we have no control over these USPS delays.  If you are waiting on a package and would like further updates or information on the delivery of your package, we encourage you to file a missing package claim directly with USPS at the following link: https://emailus.usps.com/s/

 

FREE SHIPPING!
on orders of $150 or more

If your order totals $150 or more, you will receive FREE shipping (International orders excluded).

Please Note: We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. 

*** The delivery dates shown represent our best estimates but are not guaranteed. We make every effort to meet expectations, but delays may occur, especially during holiday seasons or inclement weather. We cannot refund or reship an order until the package arrives back to our facility.  Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Subscribe and Save orders

All Subscribe and Save (or Autoship) orders receive FREE shipping (International orders excluded).  

In order to keep free shipping for our customers, you may not cancel a subscription until you've had at least 2 shipments (your initial order plus 1 additional shipment).  To manage your subscription, check out our FAQ page for details. 

For Domestic Orders (USA)

  • We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days.
  • Occasional delays may occur due to stock availability, storewide sales, and unforeseeable weather conditions.
  • Online programs, eCourses, and eBooks that do not require shipping will be made available after your order is received.
  • USPS First Class Package service does not have insurance thus we are not able to refund if the package is lost. If you want to have insurance on your package and have the peace of mind that you'll receive a refund if your package is lost or stolen, we highly recommend that you select USPS Priority Mail as a shipping service. 

 

For International Orders

We do ship to countries worldwide.  Currently, the only 2 countries we are unable to ship to are Mexico and Germany, as customs in these countries do not allow for natural health supplements to be imported at this time.  

We encourage all of our international customers to select DHL as the international shipping method. 

 

  • We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days.
  • Occasional delays may occur due to stock availability, storewide sales, and unforeseeable weather conditions.
  • Online programs, eCourses, and eBooks that do not require shipping will be made available after your order is received.

Once processed, international shipments delivery times depend on method of shipment. 

  • Packages shipped via USPS estimated deliver time is 2-6 weeks.
  • Packages shipped via DHL Worldwide estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. 
This may vary greatly based on the country and its customs process. Some duty tax fees may apply, however we cannot predict them in advance. Please refer to your Customs agency for more information.

Please note that customs regulations can change monthly in each country; if not adhered to properly, your order is at risk for being returned or confiscated. NuVision Health Center is not liable for any damages or additional fees caused or accrued by customs. NuVision Health Center is not liable for and will not refund any orders confiscated by customs; you are purchasing at your own risk.

In the event that customs charges a surcharge or tax on your package, NuVision Health Center is not responsible for this fee. It will be the customer's responsibility to pay the associated surcharge or tax and claim the package. If you refuse your package and/or do not claim your package and it is returned to us, we will not be able to honor a refund or store credit. It is our policy not to offer refunds/exchanges in order to maintain high quality standards for all supplements leaving our facility. European Union VAT Information

All imports are now subject to EU VAT tax, effective July 1, 2021. The buyer’s delivery address determines the country-specific VAT rate.

Import VAT is owed by the customer at delivery. Please be aware that this is determined based on your country import laws, and it is therefore out of our control. For more details on EU VAT tax, click here
